- Propably, you do not have a needed p2p application installed. These apps can be get in the download section.

- No, you don`t. It is advised to install at least two of them.

13. Which p2p software is the best?
- In my opinion the best are: Sopcast, PPStream, Tvants; and then: TVUPlayer, PPMate.

14. Which version of Windows do I need to have?
- The best system for watching channels is Windows XP. Older software, like Windows 98 may cause various problems.

SopCast:
1. When I turn it on before a broadcast, the channel doesn`t load fully and remains still. What should I do?
- Just wait one more minute and turn on the channel again.
- The problem can be also caused by your low connection speed.

2. After closing a channel I see this message: "The Channel is offline", what does it mean?
- This means that the channel is currently unavailible or too much users are trying to open it. Wait a second and try again.

1. After starting it, the application asks me to type ''nick'' and ''password''. Where am I logging in?
- The window logs you to a chat that is offered by TvAnts. If you don`t want to use it, close the window.
